Is it Spring or Summer? Given this year’s early warm-up, it’s hard to tell, but the Big E is ready for the warm weather and ready for baseball’s regular season to begin! 2012 marks the Big E’s 3^rd year of handicapping MLB on Nelly’s Sportsline and it promises to be another fantastic year with plenty of intrigue to go around! Last year, the balance of power shifted to pitching and my records show there was an amazing amount of 1-run games in the MLB. Can you say “drug testing”? I was admittedly slow to recognize this trend last year, but you can bet I won’t miss it this year! This year, starting Friday, April 6^th and going well into October, the Big E will have an MLB play EVERY DAY there is a game played! Every single day, the B.E.S.T. will release a 10* Biggie play on the hottest play of the day! And, similar to my football and basketball packages, every month, I'll have a 15* Game of the Month, 20* AL and NL Games of the Year within the season, and my 25* Game of the Year on my best play of the season!

Hello everyone and welcome to The Big E's 9th football season as a featured handicapper here at Nelly Sports! I'm very excited for the 2011 season to get underway now that the lockout squabbles are behind us! My second season as a baseball handicapper has been a success to this point and I'm very much looking forward to carrying that momentum into the football season! The 2010 season was a success on the pro side, but the college kids treated me terribly. In the NFL, Biggie plays were 22-16-1 on the year, good for 15.5 stars while NFL Top 5 Ticket plays were good for 33.8 stars. Other seasonal highlights included:

Let’s take you through a typical week with the Big E. As we know, Tuesday is the true start of the football week with the full slate of the week’s lines in front of you. Wednesday marks the release of the Big E's patented "Top 5 Ticket". The Ticket features FIVE of the Big E’s strongest NCAA and NFL plays for the week, each rated from 1-9 stars.
