If you have services with Nelly and did not give an email address when you purchased a Nelly service, please use the first 3 letter of your first name followed by the first three letters of your last name followed by your zip code. For example, if your name was John Smith and you lived in the 10055 zip code, your temporary email to enter below would be johsmi10055.

Some members were assigned PIN numbers, please use that for the password below. If you do not have a PIN number, your temporary password is your state initials followed by your zip code. For example, if you live in California with a zip code of 90034, your temporary password would be CA90034.
