#803 Lindenwood +1.5 over Little Rock 7:00 PM CT

Lindenwood pushes the pace of play more than any other OVC team. The Lions are 8-5 in league play even with marginal 3-point shooting and some turnover risk. Despite the fast pace of play, the Lions are a solid defense including top four OVC rankings in creating turnovers and 3-point defense. Lindenwood lost 82-74 hosting Little Rock in January, but Dontrez Williams didn’t play in that game, with Williams one of the team’s top players. Lindenwood had 16 turnovers and fell short in rebounding in that game while shooting poorly from long range. Little Rock scored 45 points after halftime to pull away but the Trojans have gone from 6-2 in OVC play to 6-6 with four straight defeats. Injuries have weakened the depth for Little Rock, but close games have been the norm in both directions of late with seven of the past 10 games decided by seven or fewer points. Little Rock is the stronger 3-point shooting team in this matchup, but Lindenwood is the better defense while the Lions are also scoring inside at a much stronger rate, with a three percent edge in 2-point shots this season. With Milos Nenadic, Lindenwood has enough size to compete well in this pairing and the slide for Little Rock may be at risk to continue.
